Domaine Gayda has created a unique destination in the heart of the Languedoc, 25km south west of Carcassonne, in the village of Brugairolles.All our vineyards are treated with the utmost respect for our natural environment. Biodiversity is at the forefront of our vineyard management, bringing back a balanced ecosystem which is essential for sustainable production.Using the incredible variety of the many vineyard “terroirs”, our range of wines show off the very best of our winemaking skills using the “nothing added, nothing taken away” philosophy that minimises unnecessary intervention in the process.
