Domaine Christophe Pauchard is located in the heart of the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune in the small village of Nolay. 10 hectares of vines spread mainly over the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune appellation and also Santenay, Meursault, Meursault Premier Cru les Cras and Volnay Premier Cru Les Santenots. The vines are managed according to the principles of sustainable farming in order to better preserve and enhance the terroirs. A new winery was created in 1997 to allow vinification in modern and optimal conditions.
