Rivetto is in Lirano, a biodynamic garden in the Langa of Barolo, between the hills of Sinio and Serralunga d’Alba. Except vines, the garden also grows fruit trees, herbs and cereals. Rivetto is the only farm within the Barolo denomination approved by Demeter, an international certification that guaran- tees the application of biodynamic principles to all stages of the production process within the agricultural organization.
